EY seeks a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations. The role combines manufacturing process knowledge with hands-on skills in manufacturing systems, data, integration, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will work with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device clients across the delivery lifecycle, from assessments through deployment, coordinating with operators, engineers, quality teams, IT and data

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/regulatory environments.
• Experience producing technical artifacts such as requirements, data mappings, interface specs, and test scripts.
• Ability to travel 80-100%.

Responsabilidades

• Assess workflows, user needs, system interfaces, equipment data, and current-state pain points through observations and data review.
• Document process flows, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, interfaces, controls, and acceptance criteria for digital manufacturing solutions.
• Support design and implementation of MES/MOM, eDHRs, recipe management, batch genealogy, and related capabilities.
• Trace information across MES/ERP/LIMS/QMS/OT systems; identify data gaps and integration dependencies.
• Develop and review equipment and batch hierarchies, data-quality rules, and contextual datasets.
• Collaborate on interface specifications, APIs, and data movement between plant, edge, and enterprise.
• Configure or prototype components and document design decisions for review.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration test scripts; manage defects and traceability.
• Support deployment readiness, training, and handover with technical documentation.
