Job summary

EY seeks a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations in pharma, biotech, and medical devices. You will connect production, quality, lab, engineering, and supply chain needs with deployable technology across the delivery lifecycle.

You will own technical deliverables, resolve issues, and translate shop-floor learning into practical design or testable requirements, while collaborating with operators, IT, and data teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field with emphasis on life sciences or manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years in Life Sciences manufacturing, systems, automation, or related field.
• Experience with regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Artifacts such as requirements, process maps, data mappings, interface specs, tests, deployments.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, data interfaces, and pain points through site observations and data review.
• Document flows, requirements, data mappings, and acceptance criteria for digital solutions.
• Support design/implementation of MES, eDHRs, batch management, and plant reporting.
• Trace data across MES/ERP/LIMS/QMS systems and identify gaps.
• Define data quality rules and contextual datasets with engineers and data specialists.
• Collaborate with architects on APIs, industrial connectivity, and data movement.
• Configure prototype components and document design decisions for reviews.
• Prepare functional/integration tests, track defects, and validate resolutions.
• Assist deployment readiness, training, and handover with documentation.
• Coordinate with quality/validation teams on GxP, data integrity, and risk-based assurance.
• Contribute to analytics/AI use cases by validating data and outputs.
• Report progress and risks to client leads and manage junior colleagues.
