Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations in the Life Sciences sector. You will connect production, quality, laboratory, engineering, and supply chain needs with deployable technology across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation, industrial data, systems implementation, or technology consulting.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device regulated environments.
• Experience producing technical or functional delivery artifacts (requirements, maps, interface specs, test scripts).
• Experience collaborating with operational stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel 80-100% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, user needs, interfaces, equipment data, and pain points through on-site observations and data reviews.
• Document process flows, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, and interfaces for digital manufacturing solutions.
• Support design and implementation of MES/MOM, eDHRs, recipe management, batch genealogy, and plant performance reporting.
• Trace information across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC and asset-management platforms.
• Develop data-quality rules and contextualized datasets with manufacturing, automation, and data specialists.
• Work with architects on interface specs, APIs, and industrial connectivity between plant, edge, and enterprise.
• Prototype solution components and document design decisions for review by leads.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration test scripts; record defects and support retesting.
• Support deployment readiness, training, hyper-care, and handover with clear technical documentation.
• Coordinate with client quality and validation teams on GxP, data integrity, electronic records, change control, and software validation.
• Contribute to analytics and AI use cases by assessing source-data quality and manufacturing context.
