Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations in a national scope. You will connect production, quality, laboratory, engineering, and supply chain needs with deployable technology and work across the delivery lifecycle from assessments to stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in Life Sciences manufacturing or related
• Experience with manufacturing/quality processes in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering technical artifacts (requirements, test scripts, deployment materials).
• Collaborates with operational and delivery teams to investigate requirements and resolve issues.
• Ability to travel as needed (80-100%).

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, user needs, data interfaces, and pain points through observations and data review.
• Document process flows, user stories, and data mappings for digital manufacturing solutions.
• Support design and implementation of MES/MOM, electronic batch records, and analytics capabilities.
• Trace data across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, and other platforms.
• Develop data hierarchies, source-to-target mappings, and data-quality rules.
• Configure or prototype solution components and document design decisions.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration test scripts; maintain traceability.
