Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation, industrial data, systems implementation, or technology consulting.
• Experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, or regulated environments.
• Experience delivering technical or functional artifacts (requirements, process maps, data mappings, interface specs, configuration docs, test scripts, deployment materials).
• Experience collaborating with operational stakeholders and technical delivery teams; travel may be 80–100%.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, user needs, data interfaces, and gaps through observations and data review.
• Document process flows, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, and interface requirements.
• Support design and implementation of MES/MOM, eDHRs, recipe management, batch genealogy, and plant performance reporting.
• Trace information across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC; identify data gaps and dependencies.
• Develop equipment and batch hierarchies, data-quality rules, and contextual datasets with specialists.
• Configure interface specifications, APIs, and industrial connectivity; document design decisions.
