Job summary

EY is looking for a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations in the Life Sciences sector. You will connect production, quality, lab, engineering, and supply chain needs with deployable technology, contributing across the delivery lifecycle from assessments to stabilization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
3+ years in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation, or related field.
Experience in regulated pharma/biotech/medical-device environments.
Ability to produce requirements, process maps, data mappings, and interface specs.
Willingness to travel 80-100%.

Responsibilities

Assess workflows, data, and interfaces across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and SCADA.
Document process flows, user stories, and data mappings for digital manufacturing solutions.
Support design and implementation of MES, eDHRs, recipe management, batch taxonomy, and plant‑level reporting.
Map data across systems, identify gaps, and define integration dependencies.
Develop equipment and batch hierarchies and data quality rules.
Collaborate on interface specs, APIs, and industrial connectivity.
Configure or prototype solution components and document decisions.
Prepare and execute functional/integration test scripts and track defects.
Support deployment readiness, training, and handover with clear documentation.
Partner with quality/validation teams on GxP, data integrity, and computer system validation.
Contribute to analytics and AI use cases by evaluating source data and plant workflows.
Communicate progress, risks, and next steps to client leads.
