Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in plant utilities/facilities management.
• 8+ years hands-on facilities maintenance with budgets/contracts.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/regulated environments.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, steam, and life-safety systems.
• Experience with GMP, FDA, OSHA, EHS, audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities, utilities, engineering, and maintenance operations.
• Manage critical systems such as HVAC, electrical, steam, chilled water, compressed air, water, controls/BMS, and life-safety systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and procurement.
• Develop and lead a high-performing facilities team.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
