You will lead an AI-ready analytics ecosystem, drive business solutions at the data-process intersection, and cultivate strong client relationships to expand the footprint.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Life Sciences domain background, specifically in Commercial Sales & Marketing.
• Deep expertise in Data Products and Data Analytics, including fluency with Pharma Data Sources like IQVIA Xponent, Plantrak, LAAD, PE; Execution data (Veeva CRM); Real-World Data (RWD) sources such as TriNetX, Flatiron, Optum, Komodo; Specialty Pharmacy data and Payer Formulary data.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Lead end-to-end design and implementation of data architecture and data products for therapeutic areas.
• AI & Engineering Innovation: Build AI-ready MVPs using advanced tools to solve key business problems.
• Solution Delivery: Use Vibe Coding and Vibe Engineering tools to streamline development and analytics.
• Business Partnership: Partner with Life Sciences Commercial Sales & Marketing stakeholders.
• Relationship Management: Expand client relationships and uncover new opportunities to grow accounts.
• Team Leadership: Oversee delivery for a large team onsite and offshore.
