Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an experienced, AI-fluent life sciences professional to own the design and build of data architecture and data products for a client. You will lead the development of an AI-ready data analytics ecosystem and drive solutions at the intersection of data and complex processes, expanding client relationships in Life Sciences Commercial Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Life Sciences domain background, specifically in Commercial Sales & Marketing.
• Deep expertise in Data Products and Data Analytics, including fluency with Pharma Data Sources (IQVIA Xponent, Plantrak, LAAD, PE), Execution data (Veeva CRM), Real-World Data sources (TriNetX, Flatiron, Optum, Komodo), Specialty Pharmacy data and Payer Formulary data.
• Proven experience across Oncology, Vaccines, Infectious Diseases, Cardiometabolic/Respiratory Diseases, Immunology, Neuroscience, or Ophthalmology.
• Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Architectural leadership: lead end-to-end design and implementation of data architecture and innovative data products tailored to therapeutic areas.
• AI & Engineering innovation: leverage AI fluency and advanced engineering tools to build MVPs that solve critical business problems.
• Solution delivery: utilize Vibe Coding and Vibe Engineering tools to streamline development and analytics.
• Business partnership: act as a strategic partner to stakeholders within Life Sciences Commercial Sales & Marketing.
• Relationship management: manage and expand client relationships, identifying business opportunities to grow the account.
• Team leadership: oversee delivery for a significantly large team spanning onsite and offshore resources.
