Job summary

ZS is a management consulting and technology firm partnering with life sciences clients to deliver data, analytics, and technology-enabled solutions. As a senior leader, you will manage a portfolio of ZAIDYN-based data management and analytics deployments, guiding multi-team delivery, client engagements, and strategic growth.

You will work with onshore and offshore teams, drive scalable architecture, and mentor staff while traveling to client sites globally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field.
• 10–14 years of consulting-industry experience in medium-large tech delivery.
• Experience delivering Big Data Analytics solutions and multi-tenant apps.

Responsibilities

• Understand client challenges and provide thought leadership using ZS expertise.
• Develop price estimates and plan capacity for end-to-end technology delivery.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams; coordinate delivery across modules (D&A, BI, AI, Cloud).
• Present compelling client presentations to senior leaders.
• Mentor teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders; travel as needed.
