Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field with strong analytic coursework.
• 2–4 years post-college experience; PhD may substitute for work experience.
• Familiarity with AI, including AI coding.
• Pharmaceutical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to help clients understand business issues.
• Leverage analytic techniques to guide client and ZS team decision-making.
• Design analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel.
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and teams through presentations.
• Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on projects.
• Provide project status updates and create project deliverables.
• Mentor Associates and contribute to team growth.
