Job summary

ZS is seeking a seasoned Business Technology Solutions Manager to lead data management and analytics deployments for ZAIDYN, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes building new business, managing multi-project portfolios, and aligning solutions with client needs across the life sciences sector.

The candidate should bring 10–14 years of relevant consulting experience, strong leadership, and expertise in Big Data analytics, data governance, and data integration.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of consulting-industry experience on medium–large scale technology solution delivery engagements.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology implementations including Big Data Analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of all phases of solution development for large-scale multi-tenant apps; experience in agile teams with short release cycles.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand client challenges and provide thought leadership to address issues.
• Maintain a product mindset while understanding the consulting service model.
• Participate in sales calls and RFP responses with client teams and sales leads.
• Coordinate delivery of end-to-end technology capability (ZAIDYN D&A modules, BI Reporting, Analytics, AI, Digital, Big Data, Cloud, MDM).
• Manage onshore/offshore teams; report project status; act as escalation path for clients.
• Update senior leaders; prepare and present compelling client presentations.
• Identify technology and domain trends to develop ZS POV and drive innovative solutions.
