Lorven Technologies, Inc. in Foster City, CA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with CRM and Life Sciences expertise to drive AI-enabled process improvements and customer engagement transformations.

You will partner with business, product, and technology teams to translate needs into actionable requirements, support solution evaluation, and guide CRM initiatives across the lifecycle. The role is full-time, hybrid with three onsite days, and requires deep knowledge of CRM platforms such as

• 10 years of business analysis experience, including 4+ years in CRM projects.
• Deep knowledge of Life Sciences commercial operations and CRM workflows.
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365.
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Copilot, and automation.
• Proven requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
• Experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Translate business needs into user stories and specs.
• Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to map goals and CRM processes.
• Lead discovery workshops and document requirements and user stories.
• Evaluate CRM enhancements and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Support testing, acceptance criteria, and data analysis.
• Lead change management, training, and adoption activities.
• Prepare executive summaries and solution proposals.
• Communicate concepts across business and tech teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and data-driven decision making.
