Pharming Group is seeking a senior legal professional to provide comprehensive legal counsel for Medical Affairs, clinical trials, and HEOR activities. The role requires extensive in-house life sciences experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Domestic and international travel is expected, with flexible hybrid/remote work options. The candidate should hold a JD, be admitted to the NJ bar or eligible for NJ in-house license within 90 days,

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree required.
• Active US bar membership or eligibility for NJ in-house license within 90 days.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience, including 5+ years in life sciences.
• Familiarity with Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDCA; US privacy laws preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal counsel on Medical Affairs strategy and activities (scientific exchange, medical information, advisory boards, congress participation, publications).
• Advise on clinical trial activities from planning to publication and closeout.
• Support HEOR evidence-generation strategies and pricing/reimbursement discussions.

Formation

Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
