Lumanity is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead clinical and regulatory engagements, integrating multiple workstreams into cohesive, client-ready outputs. The role emphasizes translating client objectives into actionable plans and guiding junior colleagues to improve rigor and pace.

Responsibilities include leading proposals, managing mid-level client relationships, and delivering high-quality analyses that drive decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field is required.
• 4–7 years in life sciences consulting or pharma/biotech/regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking; ability to coach others.
• Strong client relationship skills and stakeholder management.
• Strong commercial acumen and budget oversight.
• Proven ability to lead proposals and contribute to account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from kickoff to final delivery, translating client objectives into actionable plans.
• Synthesize findings across analyses to deliver cohesive, client-ready outputs.
• Ensure high-quality outputs through rigorous review and alignment with the client context.
• Develop narratives and recommendations tailored to client decisions and needs.
• Coach junior team members to improve rigor and pace.
• Manage client discussions, expectations, and timelines to protect delivery quality.
• Oversee budgets and scope to ensure profitable delivery and value creation.
• Lead proposal development and identify next-step opportunities with account leadership.
