Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 4–7 years in life sciences consulting or pharma/regulatory environments.
• Ability to lead project delivery and manage complex analyses.
• Strong strategic thinking and client relationship skills.
• Experience leading proposals and supporting account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from kickoff to final delivery, translating objectives into actionable plans.
• Synthesize findings across analyses into clear, decision-ready outputs.
• Ensure quality control and client-ready deliverables prior to sign-off.
• Lead sub-teams and coach colleagues to improve rigor and pace.
• Guide client discussions by framing decisions and surfacing trade-offs.
• Manage mid-level client relationships to protect timelines and quality.
• Oversee budgets and scope to ensure profitable delivery.
• Lead proposal development and identify next-step opportunities.
• Integrate scientific/clinical/regulatory input into strategic recommendations.
