Job summary

Leoforce in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Field Superintendent to lead pharmaceutical and life sciences construction projects, overseeing safety, quality, GMP compliance, and schedules.

You will supervise field operations including cleanroom HVAC, process piping, sanitary piping, and industrial electrical installs, coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries, and manage daily reporting and turnover processes to ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharma or life sciences construction experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and construction practices within active facilities.
• Experience overseeing mechanical/HVAC, piping (process & sanitary), and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, specs, and technical documentation.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for pharmaceutical and life sciences construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and GMP compliance.
• Supervise multidisciplinary construction activities including cleanroom HVAC systems, process piping, sanitary piping, and industrial electrical installations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, craft labor, inspections, material deliveries, and commissioning activities to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage daily reporting, manpower tracking, documentation, and turnover processes while maintaining regulatory and operational standards.
