Jobot is hiring a Lead Superintendent for pharmaceutical and life sciences construction projects in Raleigh. You will oversee field operations, ensuring GMP compliance, safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating HVAC, piping, and electrical systems.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma/life sciences construction with strong leadership and regulatory knowledge; OSHA 30 is preferred. Join a team delivering complex projects in highly regulated environments with long-term growth

Qualifications

7+ years of pharmaceutical or life sciences construction experience in a superintendent or lead foreman role.
Strong GMP knowledge and experience in regulated facilities.
Experience overseeing HVAC, process piping, sanitary piping, and electrical systems.
Ability to read construction drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and technical documentation.
OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

Lead field operations for pharmaceutical and life sciences construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and GMP compliance.
Supervise multidisciplinary construction activities including cleanroom HVAC systems, process piping, sanitary piping, and industrial electrical installations.
Coordinate subcontractors, craft labor, inspections, material deliveries, and commissioning activities to ensure successful project execution.
Manage daily reporting, manpower tracking, documentation, and turnover processes while maintaining strict regulatory and operational standards.
