Job summary

Flexware Innovation in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Life Sciences to lead business development strategy within the Life Sciences vertical. You will partner with the Director and VP to shape strategies and work with BI, Systems Integration, Automation, and other delivery teams to identify and execute opportunities.

A successful candidate will maintain a healthy pipeline, drive forecast accuracy, and grow within a best-in-class sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in new sales activities and client acquisition.
• Solid English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the Life Sciences Industry.
• Experience selling engineering, software, or OT solution services to manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage Life Sciences industry accounts and develop sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain account plans to achieve annual goals and forecasts.
• Aid leadership in developing annual goals and forecasts within the vertical.
• Identify opportunities and forecasted sales within assigned accounts.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from engagement to closed deals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and growth of existing accounts.
• Coordinate with delivery/engineering teams to address customer requirements.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities, accounts, and contacts.
