Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a seasoned consulting professional to drive engagement management and develop commercial strategies for pharmaceutical assets. You will lead staff, conduct primary and secondary research, and forecast revenue for new therapies and products.

The role emphasizes analyzing data, presenting insights to client leaders, and aligning project plans with client goals. A strong background in life sciences consulting and large-firm experience is preferred.

Formación

• Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in business or life sciences related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry.
• Engagement management experience.
• Expertise in creating and evaluating commercial strategy for pharmaceutical brands.
• Experience working as a business strategy consultant within a large firm.

Responsabilidades

• Guide team members to effectively conduct tasks and contribute to project deliverables.
• Develop business strategy through conducting primary and secondary research relating to Product Portfolio and planning including forecasting revenue for new therapies/assets.
• Analyzing data and producing comprehensive insights, documentation, and presenting findings and recommendations to team members and client leaders.
• Work closely with clients to determine project requirements and oversee all scheduling of necessary interactions to comprehend the client's business goals, products and expectations.
• Compile research and insights into an impactful story and presentation and present commercial strategies to pharmaceutical client leaders.
