Job summary

Cottonwood Manor Assisted Living in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to lead the activities program for residents. You will design a varied daily and monthly calendar aligned with care levels, promote resident independence, and partner with staff to foster engagement and leadership.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED (recreation therapy degree preferred), 2+ years of related experience, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; recreation therapy degree preferred.
• Two years of equivalent work experience in recreation programming or related field preferred.
• Experience in small group socialization and creative programming for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements and oversees the activities program for residents.
• Creates and maintains a varied daily/monthly calendar appropriate for all care levels.
• Establishes community partnerships and coordinates with other organizations for joint programming.
• Transports residents to activities and events and oversees supplies and volunteers.
