Job summary

Freedom Village at Brandywine is hiring a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate engaging activities for residents across Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Personal Care. You will work with the Activities Team to deliver programs that support physical, mental, and social well-being.

We seek someone with a high school diploma or GED, and preferably an Associate’s degree, who can lead daily activities and create meaningful calendars that reflect a diverse resident community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating activities such as reality orientation, current events, discussion groups, and events.
• Promote a healthy community culture for residents and employees.
• Provide educational opportunities in disease prevention and wellness program areas.
• Lead daily resident activities per community standards.
• Prepare and distribute monthly calendars.
