Job summary

Monarch Communities/Brandywine Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to enrich residents through spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional activities. The role is part-time and involves planning and leading diverse programming across the community.

You will work closely with residents, help organize events, escort residents to activities, and communicate daily highlights. A valid driver’s license is preferred for occasional transport, and on-site parking is

Responsibilities

• Know residents to tailor spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Facilitate and participate in programming; organize games, art, music and other events.
• Move room to room to bring residents to programming areas.
• Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events.
• Help set up and break down events, including moving furniture and decorations.
