Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living in Lexington is seeking an Activity/Resident Life Enrichment staff member to execute resident-focused programs. You will lead both group and individual activities aligned with Lantern programming and memory care needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Program Director, coordination with families, and ensuring residents participate in daily activities while maintaining excellent care standards. On-site position with regular resident interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior resident services and activities for memory care needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organization.
• Must have basic computer skills and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement Morning Pointe programs such as hydration, falls prevention, and exercise.
• Identify resident success stories and share best practices to improve service quality.
• Assess residents to identify lifestyles and needs in their records.
• Conduct group and individual life enrichment activities, min. 6 group activities daily.
• Assist in coordinating family events and transportation for residents.
