Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Life Insurance with at least 5 years in sales or marketing.
• Strong understanding of IUL sales positioning/product knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic marketing initiatives to support life distribution and drive sales momentum.
• Identify target markets and touchpoints for campaigns and content.
• Manage automated lifecycle campaigns and measure results.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership, distribution partners and other departments to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
