Job summary

Allianz Life seeks a senior leader to guide expansion of our Life business evolution. The Director, Life Business Profile & Market Enablement provides an outside‑in market and operating perspective to support leadership decision‑making as the Life business scales and matures.

This role partners with the Life End‑to‑End Leader, Life Product Manager, and Strategy teams to accelerate Life growth through strategic profile, distribution, and experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in life insurance and related leadership roles.
• Roles with business-level responsibility or influence informing product, market, or operating decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to apply experience and judgment to complex, cross-functional decisions.
• Proven credibility working with senior leaders as a thought partner and advisor.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine Allianz Life's Life business profile, positioning, operations, and experience over time.
• Assess alignment of initiatives with a coherent, sustainable business model.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop activation plans.
• Utilize external market perspectives to inform leadership decisions.
• Support leadership in sequencing initiatives and ensuring readiness across functions.
