Anthesis is seeking an Associate Director for Life Cycle Assessment in the United States. You will lead complex LCA engagements, shape new approaches, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for C-suite and sustainability leaders.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on LCA experience across multiple sectors.
- Degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong command of SimaPro, OpenLCA, and Excel; GaBi is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14040/14044, ISO 14067, GHG Protocol Product Standard, PEF, PCRs, EN standards.
- Experience with GHG inventories and corporate carbon footprinting.
- Ability to apply LCA to complex or emerging contexts, including circular systems and new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex LCA engagements from approach and methodology through delivery.
- Shape innovative LCA approaches for emerging contexts and new technologies.
- Translate LCA results into actionable recommendations for executives.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and tailor approaches.
- Provide technical leadership and quality assurance across projects.
