Job summary

SCS Consulting Services is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager, LCA Sustainability, to fuel growth in Sustainability, LCA, and Climate Solutions services. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage prospects, and close high‑value deals while aligning solutions with client needs.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, RFP responses, and cross‑selling, with a strong emphasis on revenue growth and client relationships in a remote, home-office setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of B2B sales in consulting or sustainability.
Experience closing complex, high-value deals and managing remote staff (1–3 years).
Domain knowledge of corporate sustainability services and regulations (GHG Protocol, CSRD, EcoVadis, etc.).

Responsibilities

Lead the full sales process from lead generation to contract closing across Sustainability and LCA services.
Develop proposals and budgets, and manage weekly pipeline and forecasting.
Maintain client relationships, present solutions, negotiate terms, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Represent the firm at industry events and support marketing campaigns for new accounts.
