Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Life Services Life Coach II to provide one-on-one coaching for participants in the Life Services program. The role requires working with complex populations to assist them with employment or educational needs.

Ideal candidates will have a background in social work, strong coaching skills, and the ability to work effectively in a mobile position. Compensation ranges from $54,500-$87,300 annually, with flexible hours and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of social service delivery experience required.
• Experience working with populations in poverty is required.
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to participants.
• Act as a liaison to social service agencies and government programs.
• Support participants in accessing resources and developing care plans.
