Hope Inspired Ministries Inc. in Montgomery is seeking a Career Life Coach to deliver coaching, classroom instruction, and holistic support for participants.

The role will recruit individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those referred by courts, and assist with transportation, housing, and documentation to enable employment. The position involves multi-campus coverage and collaboration with the Campus Director to ensure grant reporting and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant nonprofit experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in recruiting volunteers and community partners.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key representative of HIM in the community, building partnerships with local leaders, employers, churches, and organizations.
• Inspire and motivate students, volunteers, alumni, and community partners to collaborate toward HIM’s mission.
• Recruit participants from diverse sources, including court referrals, correctional institutions, underserved communities, and unemployed individuals.
• Deliver classroom instruction and oversee job skills training, adapting teaching methods to varied environments.
• Provide wrap-around services, including obtaining identification, coordinating transportation, and supporting housing.
• Assist with data collection and reporting to evaluate program performance and outcomes.
• Travel between campuses or correctional institutions as needed.
