Job summary

Partnerwithsynergy is seeking a Lien Resolution Strategy Coach to oversee negotiation strategies, ensure efficient file progress, and support the team in achieving successful client outcomes. You will lead in resolving complex subrogation cases and drive best practices across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• JD or Paralegal certification is highly preferred due to legal nature of work.
• 7+ years of demonstrated lien resolution experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and guide negotiation strategies to secure favorable reductions and resolve escalated issues.
• Provide coaching and training to team members and maintain standard policies.
• Monitor workflows, review files, and implement improvements to boost productivity and quality.
• Engage with clients, sales, and other departments to provide consultations and ensure professional communication.
• Utilize tools and dashboards to document and audit claims and progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal changes to share insights with the team.
