SYNERGY SETTLEMENT SERVICES INC is seeking a Lien Resolution Strategy Coach to oversee negotiation strategies, ensure efficient file progress, and guide the team in achieving successful outcomes for clients.

The role involves coaching, training, and developing best practices across the team, with collaboration across departments to address interdepartmental challenges and promote PRIDE values in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Legal Studies, Business Admin, Healthcare Admin, etc.).
• JD or Paralegal Certification is highly preferred due to legal nature of work.
• Courses or certifications in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution can be advantageous.
• At least 7 years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in lien resolution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and guide negotiation strategies to secure favorable reductions and resolve escalated issues.
• Provide coaching and training to team members and maintain a negotiations manual.
• Monitor workflows, review files, ensure adherence to procedures, and implement improvements.
• Engage with clients, sales team, and other departments to provide consultations and ensure professional communication.
• Utilize tools and dashboards, ensure accurate documentation, and audit claim summaries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal changes to share insights with the team.
• Independently manage assigned caseloads using tools such as PowerBI to track progress.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and coordinate with departments to develop documentation and training materials.
