Job summary

EVONA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the LiDAR & electro-optics hardware effort within a space technology context. You will own concepts through validation, delivering high-performance sensing hardware with significant ownership.

You'll collaborate with a fast-moving, cross-functional engineering team on high-speed digital and mixed-signal electronics, LiDAR laser/detector electronics, and PCB bring-up to enable cutting-edge sensing platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with LiDAR, laser or electro-optical systems.
• Experience with FPGA/ASIC-based hardware.
• Background in aerospace, autonomous vehicles, photonics or advanced sensing.

Responsibilities

• Own advanced sensing hardware from concept through validation.
• Collaborate across cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Develop and validate LiDAR and electro-optics hardware for next-generation systems.
