Job summary

The Simplicity Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Licensing & Contracting Specialist to manage complex licensing and contracting for advisors and sales consultants. This role focuses on carrier relationships, workflow management, and delivering best-in-class service.

You will mentor team members, serve as escalation point, and handle escalated requests while ensuring timely processing of advisor contracts and new business requests. Office-based with potential remote opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of contracting and licensing experience with an IMO/BGA, or insurance company.
• Experience with SureLC, highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, comfortable working in a paperless environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with G Suite and Salesforce preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods.
• Communicate and exchange accurate information clearly with peers, leadership, and external partners.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and external parties to achieve project goals.
• Operate computers and standard office equipment on a constant basis.
• Perform repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers.
• Assist clients and colleagues via telephone, email, and in-person.
• Observe and analyze details at close range.
