Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of corporate office experience OR Associate’s Degree and at least 2 years of corporate office experience OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of corporate office experience.
• Licensing experience and knowledge of state and federal agency regulations for pharmacies and healthcare facilities.
• Undergraduate degree and a Paralegal certificate from an ABA-certified program (preferred).
• Experience in a retail environment and/or healthcare setting with licensing responsibilities.
• Experience in evaluating information for compliance with standards, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit complex license applications to licensing jurisdictions.
• Communicate with Licensing leadership and business partners to align on goals.
• Represent Licensing to business partners and jurisdictions, resolving issues.
• Identify issues and report findings to stakeholders with independent judgement.
• Provide guidance by training, coaching, or mentoring Licensing team members.
