Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience reviewing, analyzing and adhering to licensing programs and regulations.
• Experience with licensing rules and regulations and reading/interpreting government documents.
• Experience processing business-related forms (e.g., mortgage documents, insurance forms).
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams and external licensing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with new licensing requirements and renewal calendars.
• Research rules/regulations across states, counties and cities affecting Walgreens licensing.
• Prepare and file Pharmacy, DEA, Business and other licenses on time and accurately.
• Coordinate with other Walgreens departments to deliver license applications.
• Interface with licensing agencies to address compliance issues or clarify requirements.
• Lead and train licensing staff; monitor SLAs and drive process improvements.
