Job summary

Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) in Las Vegas, Nevada seeks a Licensed Psychologist II to lead clinical services and supervision for a team of Licensed Psychologist I staff and Mental Health Counselors. The role includes testing, evaluation, psychotherapy, and consultation across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Two years of post-doctoral experience providing psychological services in inpatient, outpatient, or residential settings.
• One year of supervision experience of clinicians.
• Proficient in administering, scoring and interpreting diagnostic and projective tests.
• Experience preparing comprehensive psychological reports with test results and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological testing, evaluation, psychotherapy, and counseling for clients.
• Deliver crisis intervention and de-escalation support per agency policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and program planning.
• Develop treatment plans and provide individual, family and group therapy.
• Supervise Licensed Psychologist I staff and Mental Health Counselors.
