Highland Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA) to provide visionary leadership and operational oversight for a 188-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility.

The role requires a valid NHA license for MA or RI, and involves managing finances, regulatory compliance, and team leadership to deliver high-quality resident care while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in MA or RI.
• Two years of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills required to oversee daily facility operations.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
