Pennoni is seeking a Senior Licensed Land Surveyor to support and lead surveying operations from our Columbia, Maryland office. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced survey professional who can manage projects and personnel while providing technical oversight across boundary, land title, topographic, and construction surveying assignments.

Qualifikationen

• Eight+ years of professional field surveying or related work experience.
• Current Maryland Professional Land Surveyor license required.
• Proven ability to manage projects and supervise personnel.
• Strong experience with boundary, land title, topographic, and construction surveys.
• Ability to travel to job sites with a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage survey and survey-mapping projects with focus on safety, quality, profitability and timely delivery.
• Provide professional oversight for boundary, land title, topographic, construction stakeout and layouts.
• Supervise survey personnel including scheduling field crews and coordinating equipment.
• Prepare scopes of work, project estimates, fee proposals, and business-development materials.
• Review data, plans, calculations and deliverables for accuracy and standards compliance.
• Apply GPS, robotic total stations, CAD/GIS tools and related systems to field and office work.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project teams and regulatory stakeholders.
• Develop client relationships and identify Maryland market growth opportunities.
• Visit project sites and perform field-related responsibilities as needed.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by project needs.
