Qualifications

• Eight years of professional field surveying experience.
• Maryland Professional Land Surveyor license currently active.
• Ability to manage survey projects and supervise personnel.
• Experience with boundary, land title, topo, and construction surveying.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage survey and survey-mapping projects focusing on safety, quality, profitability, and timely delivery.
• Provide professional oversight for boundary, land title, topographic, and construction surveying.
• Supervise and coordinate survey personnel, including scheduling field crews and allocating resources.
