Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician (Licensed HVAC) to perform a broad range of engineering and maintenance tasks within our campus facilities in Canyon, TX. The role requires leadership on projects, advanced diagnostic skills, and the ability to maintain HVAC and related systems.

The position offers full-time schedules, a competitive hourly pay range of $21.00 to $30.00, and a benefits package including 401K, disability insurance, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

Five years of maintenance technician experience in an institutional setting.
Journeyman license or EPA certification in Refrigerant or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to read blueprints, specifications and models to learn work layout.

Responsibilities

Maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical systems and related facilities.
Performs diagnostics and repairs across HVAC and other equipment.
Leads a group of workers on projects and trains others in maintenance skills.
Keeps logs, tracks repairs, and coordinates with vendors as needed.
Oversees fleet maintenance support and emergency repairs.
