Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting.
• EPA 608 certification or Refrigerant credentials.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Update CMMS with work statuses and tasks.
• Assist in determining manpower, materials, and deadlines for jobs.
• Diagnose and repair equipment; coordinate with supervisors on major problems.
