Engineering Excellence in Conroe, TX seeks an experienced HVAC service technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial systems. You’ll troubleshoot equipment issues, communicate solutions clearly, and take ownership of more complex tasks as you advance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of HVAC technician experience.
• Advanced skills in servicing commercial HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; EPA 608 Universal; OSHA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems professionally and timely.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Record required information on handheld device and complete paperwork.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide accurate status reports.
• Promote products and services to customers.
