Job summary

Kopix Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Licensed Customs Broker to manage air and ocean import entries, ensure customs compliance, and coordinate shipments from arrival through release. This role requires an active U.S.

Customs Broker License and hands-on entry filing experience. Ideal candidates will have air/ocean import experience using ACE/ABI, thorough knowledge of HTSUS and valuation, and strong communication with importers, carriers, and CBP.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Customs Broker License in good standing with CBP.
• 3+ years of hands-on entry filing experience.
• Air and ocean import experience using ACE/ABI.
• Strong knowledge of HTSUS, customs valuation, and Partner Government Agency requirements.
• Clear communication with importers, carriers, and CBP.

Responsibilities

• Manage air and ocean import entries from filing to release.
• Ensure customs compliance and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate shipments from arrival through release and handover.
