Job summary

InPwr, Inc. is seeking an experienced Licensed Senior Commercial Service Electrician to join our team across multiple locations, including Denver, CO.

This role demands hands-on expertise with commercial service and maintenance, a strong safety record, and the ability to interpret drawings and project submittals. Candidates must hold a Colorado Journeyman Electrician License or reciprocal state license, with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Colorado Journeyman Electrician License or reciprocal state required.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with commercial service and maintenance.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Flexible for customer-directed scheduling and strong safety record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to adapt.

Responsibilities

• Read project drawings, submittals, and layout accurately.
• Develop, build, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist management with design changes and field change orders.
• Estimate field change order work and document time & material.
• Maintain up-to-date as-built drawings and support CAD design changes.
