Job summary

You will supervise circulation staff, manage inquiries, maintain statistical records, ensure confidentiality, and collaborate with campus teams to deliver excellent service to students, faculty, and staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons with questions and equipment use at the circulation desk.
• Oversee delivery of periodical, reserve, and special collections tasks; maintain stacks.
• Reconcile fines, prepare invoices, and process deposits.
• Open and close the library; monitor facilities and equipment issues.
• Coordinate and supervise circulation staff and public service roles.
