Qualifications

• Master's degree in Library and Information Studies or related field.
• Five years of full-time professional library experience.
• Three years of full-time supervisory experience.
• Or Bachelor's degree with seven years of library experience and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of a Tier 3 branch.
• Establishes staffing, service, and resource priorities.
• Supervises and develops staff; conducts performance reviews.
• Oversees budget, facilities, and procurement responsibilities.
• Leads community engagement and partnerships with stakeholders.
