Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Library Science or equivalent required.
• Three+ years of progressively responsible professional library experience, including supervisory work.
• Bilingual abilities preferred (English and another language).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily library operations and staff supervision.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate meeting room scheduling, access, and user support.
• Lead technology initiatives and materials-handling workflow.
• Collaborate with regional library cooperatives and community groups.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; support retention efforts.
