Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Enterprise Platform Support Specialist with a strong focus on Managed File Transfer (MFT) systems to support regulated environments. The role requires deep knowledge of MFT technologies, security practices, and compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise platform support with 4+ years in Managed File Transfer systems (MFT).
• Expertise in MFT technologies, protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2), and security practices.
• Experience in platform administration, system integration, and incident management in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Life Sciences and Healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, GxP, GDPR).
• Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or MFT credentials are highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud-based MFT solutions and hybrid architectures.
• Familiar with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Leadership in multinational, cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data privacy and information security regulations beyond healthcare (PCI DSS).
