Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd is hiring a Sr. Liability Trial Attorney to join our legal team in Addison, Texas or remotely in Austin, San Antonio, or Houston. The attorney will represent commercial clients in moderate to high-exposure General Liability cases, overseeing them from investigation through trial.

The ideal candidate should have significant litigation experience, strong negotiation and trial skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 7 or more years of litigation experience.
• Active member of the Texas State Bar in good standing.
• Experience with insurance defense litigation and claims.

Responsibilities

• Represent commercial insureds managing General Liability cases.
• Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation.
• Mentor and lead within the legal team.
